• In this day and age when so many think that every week should begin on Monday, it is a real pleasure to see that the Smithsonian continues to publish an engagement calendar that begins on Sunday--like most of our other types of calendars do. In this helpful arrangement for each week is sufficient space for noting events for each day. Added to this is the perfect benefit of viewing images of items in the Smithsonian collections. The variety highlights the breadth and depth of these items saved from crumbling to dust because of the efforts of the expert staff members at the Smithsonian. For easy daily use, you can't beat the coiled wire binding that will lie flat or fold back to suit your need at the moment. The space for notes and the full-year calendars for this and next year are helpful in bridging gaps or annotating special needs.
• To stay organized and on schedule I use a weekly Engagement Calendar. Many of them now have the week beginning with Monday and ending with Sunday. To be workable for my purposes I need it to start with Sunday and end with Saturday. This one gets it right. Also, it is educational and pleasant to look at. I hope they keep making one with this format. I appreciate letting us "Look Inside" so we know if it will work for us before we buy it.

• Thoroughly enjoyed this calendar and its photos from the Smithsonian. We visited the Smithsonian a few years ago and it brought back good memories all year long! Also, the paper is easy to write on and not too "waxy" as is the case with some of the calendars these days.
• Perhaps I was expecting more paintings like the one on the cover. I also failed to read the full copy and had thought that it was a 12-month wall calendar.
• This was a gift for my daughter and she loved it, one of her items on her Christmas wish list!
  She has been wanting this calendar for a while, she is very organized and likes her planner.
• I received mdse sooner than projected. The Smithsonian Calendar is truly a wonderful desk calender. There should be no bordom.
• I like the pictures and the layout is nice for writing down meetings, engangements and keeping my life sane! I would highly recommend this calendar!
