• This book is truly a blessing to any fan of the slasher film. Justin Kerswell Is one of the foremost experts in the field of slasherdom. Just check out his phenomenal Hysteria Lives website or his highly entertaining podcast The Hysteria Continues. This book is lavishly illustrated with tons of grisly posters both from US and abroad. Written with a great wit and love for the genre, Justin really outdid himself. This has been an utter joy to read and he has turned me on to some unknown gems that I wasn't familiar with. ( Just Before Dawn and Humongous to name just a couple) This book is a must own for any horror aficionado and is easily worth the price on . Highly recommended! Can't wait for your next books Sir!
• I great book. Read it all the way through at once. A must for slasher fans, or horror movie fans in general. The love of the sub-genre really shows in the writing. My only regret was not buying the first printing when I had the chance.
• If you're a fan of horror films in general, I really urge you to check this book out and PLEASE support the author. It's highly informative and covers everything you could possibly want to know about slasher films. It's exhaustive but manages to retain a very fun and captivating writing style to keep you in the flow of it. It contains plenty of eye-catching, wonderful posters and scans from slashers around the world, well-known and obscure. A HUGE recommendation from me!!

My Lord...) This is the epitome of what all non-fiction cinema history books should aspire to! I cannot thank Hysteria Lives! enough for recommending this gem.
